Hours are generally Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm, with duties including ACH questions, ledger reconciliation, and verification responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• Basic understanding of wire transfers and ACH activities.

Responsibilities

• Process outgoing domestic and international wire transfers.
• Answer ACH questions and return ACH items through Fedline.
• Reconcile General Ledger Balances and monitor funds.
• Support funds management and reporting duties.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
