Job summary

Electrical Components International is hiring for an entry-level Wire Cutter & Warehouse Associate in Foxborough, MA. You will cut, strip and terminate wire per work orders, operate wire processing equipment, and support warehouse material handling.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic math, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Experience with wire cutting equipment is preferred, with a strong emphasis on safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no specific educational requirement.
• Must meet all state and federal age requirements for employment in manufacturing.
• Prior experience operating wire cutting or wire processing equipment in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.
• Ability to use automated equipment, hand tools, and measuring devices safely and effectively as part of the assembly process.

Responsibilities

• Use wire cutting machines and hand tools to cut, strip, and terminate wire and cable for assemblies according to work orders and specifications.
• Set up, operate, and perform preventive maintenance on wire processing equipment, including heat shrink cutting machines.
• Weigh, measure, or count items for distribution within the plant.
• Pack, unpack, and mark stock items using identification tags, stamps, or electronic marking tools.
• Report all instances of product nonconformity and material shortages to the group leader or supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, efficient, and organized work area in accordance with safety and 5S requirements.
• Perform other manufacturing and warehouse related duties as assigned.
