Job summary

Eckart is seeking a energetic wire cutter operator in a fast-paced warehouse setting. You will oversee cutting wire and cable with machines, measure and bundle materials, and ensure the correct wires are delivered to installation teams.

This full-time role requires physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, reliability, and the ability to work with safety standards. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, PTO, holidays, and career growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with Wire and warehouse settings.
• Must be comfortable working in various plant level environments.
• Must be self-motivated.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Final candidates will be required to undergo and pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• The ability to package product and ensure accuracy of the material being prepared and delivered.
• Maintain work environment with respect to safety, efficiency, and cleanliness.
• Maintain departmental working relationships to achieve total performance requirements.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills will all be used.
• Must develop the ability to interpret customer supplied documentation such as purchase orders.
• Complete assignments, projects, and other related duties as required by management.
• Monitor the accuracy of all receiving records, including inventory and stock levels
