Job summary

Eckart LLC is seeking a dependable wire cutter operator to oversee cutting wire and cable with machines. You will measure, bundle, and prepare materials for assembly, coordinating with installation teams to ensure correct wires are used.

The role may involve unloading/loading materials, moving waste, and verifying equipment operation. Ideal candidates have warehouse experience, a high school diploma, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with Wire and warehouse settings.
• Must be comfortable working in various plant level environments.
• Must be self-motivated.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Package product and ensure accuracy of the material being prepared and delivered.
• Maintain work environment with respect to safety, efficiency, and cleanliness.
• Maintain departmental working relationships to achieve total performance requirements.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills will all be used.
• Interpret customer supplied documentation such as purchase orders.
• Complete assignments, projects, and other related duties as required by management.
• Monitor the accuracy of all receiving records, including inventory and stock levels.
