Job summary

Job Description: Salary: $70,000-75,000/year – Area Manager

Essential Functions

• Build collaborative relationships with agencies, educational institutions, and community organizations to support awareness of available programs and services
• Oversee day‑to‑day office operations, ensuring staff and program resources are utilized effectively and in alignment with program goals and policies
• Monitor program budgets and expenditures, and provide input to the Finance team regarding program fiscal matters
• Monitor progress toward contractual performance targets, develop solutions for performance issues, and prepare performance reports
• Conduct secondary review and provide authorized approval for all WIOA applications to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with program requirements
• Review CWDS records to ensure accurate service delivery documentation and overall compliance of participant case files

Education & Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
• 5–7 years of previous management/supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to converse with a wide range of professionals and demonstrate a positive professional attitude
• Demonstrated telephone, computer, written, and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment while maintaining flexibility to meet contract and operational needs
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Regional travel required
• Ability to work fully onsite, fully virtual, or in a hybrid environment
• Clean driving record, valid Driver’s License, and reliable vehicle required
