Job summary

Clark State College seeks a Program Coordinator to provide WIOA program technical assistance, compliance monitoring, and performance tracking across Ohio's 43 counties. This role supports CCMEP and Adult/Dislocated Worker services, interprets policy, delivers training, and coordinates monitoring activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with strong policy interpretation abilities.
• Experience with WIOA Title I and CCMEP programs preferred.
• Experience conducting program monitoring, auditing, or quality assurance reviews preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide program technical assistance to all 43 member counties of GOWBI and serve as the primary point of contact for WIOA and CCMEP eligibility, enrollment, service delivery, and documentation requirements.
• Monitors program compliance for all 43 member counties and conducts annual and targeted monitoring reviews, including participant file reviews in ARIES; prepares monitoring reports with findings and recommendations.
• Tracks and analyzes program performance, maintains county-level dashboards, and supports performance negotiations with state agencies.
• Researches and drafts new/ revised GOWBI policies; communicates changes to counties and secures Board approval.
• Supports special projects (Rapid Response, certification, plan development, grant applications) and maintains project reports.
