Job summary

The Trustees of Reservations is seeking a Winterlights Production Crew member for the Eleanor Cabot Bradley Estate in Canton, MA. This seasonal, onsite role runs December through January and focuses on delivering a magical guest experience during the Winterlights event.

You will greet guests, operate POS systems, assist with gift shop and concessions, and support setup, maintenance, and takedown. Evening and weekend availability is required in a festive, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or food/beverage roles.
• Point of sale experience required.
• Comfort standing for long shifts and working outdoors in cold.
• Availability evenings and weekends during Run of Show is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, check tickets, and manage entry.
• Prepare and ring up cocoa, treats, and glow items at gift shop and concessions.
• Restock inventory as needed.
• Assist with event setup: hang lights, prep supplies, keep area tidy.
• Support wayfinding and guest experience.
• Assist with post-event takedown and storage.
