Job summary

Cape Resorts/Congress Hall in Cape May, NJ is seeking team members for seasonal part-time roles to support the Guest Experience Team during Winter Wonderland events. Positions include Train Driver, Train Attendant, Carousel Attendant, Ticket Booth Cashier, Santa's Workshop Elf, Santa's Helper and Mascot Handler.

Responsibilities include assisting on event days, guiding groups, handling reservations and payments, and resolving guest concerns while upholding the Cape Resorts values and standards.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in hospitality preferred
• Must be available on weekends and holidays
• Maintain a neat and clean appearance per Cape Resorts standards
• Basic knowledge of Cape May and the Cape Resorts properties is a plus

Salary Range: $16.00 - $17.00 Hourly

Position Overview

This position works directly with the Guest Experience Team for all properties in Cape May, NJ. This position is responsible for supporting and implementing initiatives as defined by the Guest Experience Team and assisting on programming events for Winter Wonderland.

Key Responsibilities

• Assists on day-of event and participates where most needed.
• Acts on behalf of the Guest Experience Team as a Host and guides groups of all ages in activities and attractions.
• Manages reservations, collects payments, and ensures appropriate accounting for necessary events.
