Job summary

Cape Resorts Group in Cape May, NJ is seeking a Part-time Seasonal Guest Experience Host to support holiday programming across our properties. You will work with the Guest Experience Team to plan and execute events, welcome guests, and guide children in activities.

The role requires weekend and holiday availability, a neat appearance, and the ability to multitask while maintaining high guest service standards.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of hospitality experience preferred.
• Must be available on weekends and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of Cape May and Cape Resorts properties a plus.
• Proficient or basic understanding of software.
• Passion for working with children.

Responsibilities

• Supports planning, execution, and organization of programming across properties.
• Assists on day-of events and participates where needed.
• Acts as Host and guides groups of all ages in activities and crafts.
• Manages reservations, collects payments, and ensures proper event accounting.
• Resolves issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Represents Cape Resorts/Congress Hall with enthusiasm and professional ethics.

Job Type: Part-time, seasonalTerm of Employment: Thanksgiving – New YearsPosition Overview:This position works directly with the Guest Experience Team for all properties in Cape May, NJ.
