Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong hospitality mindset.
• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with members and guests.
• Proactive approach with the ability to anticipate member needs.
• Comfortable learning and operating technology; TrackMan experience is a plus but not required.
• General knowledge and passion for golf is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as simulator demand requires.

Responsibilities

• Prepare simulators and assist members with TrackMan software.
• Retrieving golf bags from storage and handling billing accurately.
• Provide hospitality by anticipating member needs and enhancing the experience.
• Help select TrackMan courses and set up simulators to member preferences.
• Support general Golf Operations as seasonal needs dictate.
