The Winter Golf Simulator Associate plays an important role in delivering a best-in-class experience for members and guests utilizing The Club at Strawberry Creek's two TrackMan Golf Simulators during the winter months.

This position is centered around hospitality. The ideal candidate will be proactive, personable, attentive, and comfortable with technology while serving as a great host throughout each member’s simulator experience. Responsibilities include preparing the simulators, assisting members with TrackMan software, retrieving golf bags from storage, ensuring accurate billing, and anticipating member needs throughout their visit.

This position has the opportunity to begin immediately, assisting with general Golf Operations through the remainder of the 2026 golf season before transitioning primarily to simulator operations during the winter. Once outdoor golf operations resume, this position may transition back into a general Golf Operations role for the 2027 golf season.

The Winter Golf Simulator Associate should understand that our simulators are more than simply a place for members to play golf during the winter. They are an extension of the overall Strawberry Creek member experience.

Our goal is to provide more than service—we want to provide hospitality. Whether that means having a member’s golf bag waiting for them, helping select the perfect TrackMan course, assisting with a beverage, or simply remembering how a member likes their simulator set up, the small details create the Wow Factor we strive to deliver.
