Catamount Ski Resort LLC in Massachusetts is seeking friendly food and beverage team members to join us for the winter season. You will help guests at outside and restaurant service, promote a positive dining experience, and work in a busy, high-energy mountain setting.

This role involves taking orders, processing payments, delivering meals, keeping areas clean, handling alcohol service with ID checks, and assisting with events.

Qualifications

• Tip Certification required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Working knowledge of computers or POS software.
• Able to count cash and perform simple mathematical functions.
• Able to work well under fast paced and busy circumstances.
• Neat and professional appearance.
• Cashier or server experience preferred but not required.
• High energy and stamina required.
• Able to identify and perform other tasks during non-busy times.

Responsabilités

• Promote a positive interaction and experience with dining guests.
• Assist guests in the selection and purchase of food & beverages.
• Know basic ingredients and how the food is prepared.
• Know all of the menu items including pricing and availability.
• Know all discounts, special pricing, or other daily promotions.
• Inform kitchen of any known food allergy concerns.
• Take food and beverage orders and process them in POS system.
• Check patron's IDs to ensure their age for consumption of alcohol.
• Deliver food and beverages to tables, both indoor and outdoor.
• Ensure guests have complete satisfaction in their dining experience.
• Handle customer complaints in a professional and diplomatic way.
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately & efficiently.
• Present nightly deposit to Manager.
• Complete sales reports and accounting forms for back office.
• Collect dirty dishes, clear and reset tables as guests leave.
• Maintain counters, floor and food service area clean and sanitary.
• Serve at special resort events, large gatherings or weddings.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by manager.
