Mountain Capital Partners’ Arizona Snowbowl in Flagstaff, AZ is hiring for a seasonal Food & Beverage attendant. You will provide welcoming service, process guest transactions at the POS, restock items, and support health and safety standards in a fast-paced mountain setting.

Reliable, punctual candidates who can work weekends/holidays and follow established SOPs will thrive in this role, contributing to smooth operations across outlets.

Qualifications

• Deliver prompt, high-quality, and welcoming customer service.
• Communicate service policies clearly to guests and team members.
• Accurately process guest transactions using POS systems.
• Manage cash handling and daily sales reporting with precision.
• Adhere to all cash handling policies.
• Check identification to verify age when serving alcoholic beverages.
• Follow FIFO and restock duties.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and health standards.
• Arrive on time and be properly attired per handbook.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
• Follow policies in the Employee Handbook.
• Participate in opening/closing and seasonal setup/breakdown.
• Support other Food & Beverage and Mountain Operations functions during peak periods.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Operate outlets in a profitable, organized, professional manner.
• Maintain par stock and ensure accurate revenue recording.
• Comply with health department and liquor regulations.
• Restock beverages, condiments, silverware and sale items; practice FIFO.
• Uphold all safety and cleanliness standards.
• Assist with opening/closing and seasonal setup/breakdown.
