Job summary

Carvana in Indiana is seeking a full-time seasonal Safe & Secure associate to keep our lot safe and open through winter weather. You’ll work outdoors, scanning the lot, enforcing entry/egress procedures, and supporting safety protocols across shifts.

You will be trained in emergency response, use of safety tech, and partner with Inspection Center and Logistics teams to ensure smooth operations during storms and daily activities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a customer service environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• A track record of solid decision-making in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a service-first mindset at the gate.
• Monitor safety protocols and maintain a safe site.
• Conduct safety audits and assist with snow/ice removal.
