Job summary

Goldminer's Daughter Lodge in Alta, Utah is hiring a Winter Seasonal Dining Room Server for the 2026–27 season (Nov 30, 2026 through Apr 3, 2027). You will earn $15.00 per hour plus tips and average 35–40 hours per week.

This role focuses on managing tables, menu knowledge, and delivering service that makes a mountain dinner memorable. On-site housing is available for most seasonal employees with ski-in/ski-out access nearby.

Qualifications

• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous serving or comparable hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong customer-service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and work weekends and holidays.

Goldminer's Daughter Lodge is hiring a Winter Seasonal Dining Room Server at the base of Alta Ski Area for the 2026–27 season (November 30, 2026 through April 3, 2027). You will earn $15.00 per hour plus tips and average 35–40 hours per week.

This is not an ordinary serving job. You will manage tables, know the menu, and deliver the kind of service that turns a mountain dinner into a memory. The crew is fun and hardworking. You can get outside before or after your shift-ski-in, ski-out access is right outside the lodge doors.

On-site housing is available for most full-time seasonal employees and is a major perk for people who want to live steps from the lifts with no commute. Room and board is deducted at $25 per person per day and includes three meals, WiFi, a ski-bus pass, fitness room, hot tub, and sauna, plus an Alta or Snowbird ski pass or a $1,472.18 end-of-season payout. First-year full-time employees who want to ski pay a $200 deposit; returning employees do not. Off-site employees receive two meals per day worked plus the same amenities and pass/payout options.
