Brundage is seeking a Prep Cook to join the Back of House team for the winter season in McCall, ID. You will support food production for all Brundage outlets, following recipes and time schedules to ensure prep lists are completed.

The role requires good organizational skills, the ability to work at a fast pace, and the capacity to follow recipes. Training will be provided by our culinary leadership team to refresh and elevate your skills.

Qualificações

• Good attitude and strong work ethic.
• Experience in commercial food preparation is desired but not necessary.
• Ability to carry out instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain all food and safety standards.
• Follow instructions concerning proper food preparation, and storage.
• Time management skills to be able to organize the day to ensure prep list is completed.
• Maintain an orderly, clean and sanitary workstation.
• Assist culinary team with maintaining organized food storage, and dry storage spaces.
• Assist in dishwashing and general kitchen upkeep.
• Assist in other kitchen duties not listed above.
