Job summary

Torrey Holistics in Crystal Lake, IL seeks a Snow and Ice Operations Route Supervisor to own a set of commercial properties and guide crews to keep them open, safe, and on schedule during winter events. This role may involve overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.

You will direct operators and operate snow equipment, coordinate with dispatch, track progress, and ensure on-time service with strong safety standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in snow plowing or snow and ice management.
• Previous experience as a crew lead, route lead, or supervisor.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely operate medium‑duty non‑CDL trucks.
• Strong leadership and safety mindset; flexible for nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end snow route across designated commercial properties.
• Direct operators, drivers, and laborers during events; set pace and priorities.
• Operate plow trucks, salt spreaders, and related equipment as needed.
• Plow, salt, and de‑ice parking lots and walkways; maintain site safety.
• Communicate with dispatch/management and document route progress and issues.
