Job summary

Donovan Property Service is seeking an Area Supervisor to lead snow removal operations for the winter season. You will oversee plow truck drivers, sidewalk crews, and equipment, coordinating across multiple commercial and industrial sites to ensure safe, timely service.

This seasonal, on-call role requires nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays. You will hire and train seasonal staff, plan routes, perform readiness checks, and communicate progress to management while maintaining high

Qualifications

• Prior snow removal experience.
• Able to work outdoors in winter conditions.
• Available for on-call schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver's license; CDL preferred.
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of plow truck drivers, sidewalk crew members, and equipment operators during winter storm events.
• Coordinate snow removal operations across multiple commercial and industrial sites.
• Conduct pre-season site inspections and ensure equipment and materials are ready for use.
• Hire, train, and prepare seasonal crew members for winter operations.
• Plan routes and review site-specific requirements with crews to ensure safety and quality.
