Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in snow and ice management.
• Supervisory or crew lead background.
• Proficiency operating plow trucks, salt spreaders, and heavy snow removal equipment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record; non-CDL medium-duty capability.
• High level of reliability and responsiveness to on-call scheduling.
• Physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs in extreme weather.

Responsibilities

• Direct field operations for a dedicated route, ensuring high-quality service at all sites.
• Coordinate and supervise equipment operators and laborers to maximize productivity during storms.
• Execute precise plowing, salting, and de-icing with skid steers, loaders, and plow trucks.
• Maintain real-time communication with dispatch to report progress, equipment status, and site conditions.
• Ensure team members follow safety protocols in harsh winter environments.
• Document service completion and report site issues or maintenance needs promptly.
