Job summary

Wasatch Peaks Ranch in Morgan, Utah seeks a Winter Retail Associate to support the Outfitters team. You will deliver polished member service, maintain a premium retail environment, assist with product knowledge, and help with daily department readiness during the winter season.

This role requires cross-training across Outfitters operations, including demo flow, bootfitting appointment support, inventory handling, and POS responsibilities, with a focus on friendly, knowledgeable service for

Qualifications

• Previous retail, hospitality, private club, ski, outdoor, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to support the team.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, attentive, and knowledgeable service to members and guests.
• Maintain premium presentation standards on the retail floor.
• Assist with product replenishment and backstock management.
• Support POS transactions and retail system operations as trained.
• Assist with seasonal merchandising transitions and floor resets.
• Aid Ski Technicians and Supervisors during peak periods when appropriate.
