Job summary

Wasatch Peaks Ranch in Morgan, Utah, seeks a versatile Tuning and Demo Technician to support winter operations across demo, tuning, bootfitting, and service intake. You will be cross-trained across the Outfitters operation and contribute to member equipment readiness.

Daily duties include tuning, waxing, boot fitting, binding checks, managing demo fleet, and documenting service needs. You will work with Wintersteiger equipment and maintain safety and quality across the shop and demo areas.

Qualifications

• Prior ski shop, demo/rental, tuning, bootfitting, hardgoods, outdoor retail, resort, club, or technical service experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Ski/board equipment knowledge.
• Tuning experience preferred.
• Bootfitting experience preferred for 1-2 positions, but not required for all Ski Technician hires.

Responsibilities

• Demo Operations: Provides professional demo service for members and guests.
• Tuning & Service: Performs ski tuning and service work; supports waxing, edge work, and repairs.
• Binding, Hardgoods & Equipment Support: Mounts, adjusts, or calibrates bindings; assists with hardgoods questions.
