Qualifications

• Prior ski shop, demo/rental, tuning, bootfitting, or resort experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and safety awareness.
• Ski/board equipment knowledge.
• Bootfitting and tuning experience preferred.
• Binding certifications and familiarity with Wintersteiger equipment are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Demo setup and professional demo service for members and guests.
• Perform ski tuning and service including waxing, edges, base repair.
• Assist with bootfitting appointments and footwear preparation.
• Help with hardgoods questions, binding adjustments, and safety standards.
• Maintain clean, organized demo, tuning, and retail areas and track equipment.
