The Medication Courier assists in providing pharmacy services to the patients and staff of Cook Children's Health Care System and the community we serve by timely delivery of medications. Responsible for prompt, accurate delivery and distribution of a variety of materials including pharmaceuticals, supplies, equipment, and/or correspondence throughout Cook Children's Medical Center in accordance with department requirements. All tasks will be performed under the direct supervision the Pharmacy Technician Supervisor and/or a registered pharmacist.
High School graduate or equivalent with demonstrated ability to read and write are required.
Good telephone skills and good oral communication skills are required.
