Qualifications

• Two years of full-time or equivalent experience in forestry, parks or recreational management.
• Substitution: an Associate's degree or higher in forestry or related field may substitute for the experience.
• Special Requirements: Massachusetts Driver's License may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees seasonal operation, grounds and facility maintenance, and equipment.
• Supervises staff performing visitor services and resource programs.
• Manages assignments, performance reviews, and staff training.
• Maintains standards for visitor services, safety and resource protection.
• Coordinates relationships with partners and volunteers.
• Prepares daily, weekly and seasonal operation reports and records.
