Job summary

Webber Infrastructure Management Canada is seeking a Winter Patrol Supervisor to plan, organize, and control winter projects, ensuring safety and timely completion. The role reports to the Operations Manager and supervising crew on site during winter operations.

The position requires a DZ license, prior foreman/supervisor experience, and strong organizational and communication skills. The role is based in Canada with OT during peak periods and a focus on safe, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/ GED required.
• Experience as a Foreman/ Crew Supervisor within related industry and road construction projects.
• Basic supervision experience.
• Valid DZ driver's license required and a good driving record to drive company vehicle, or willing to acquire in a set amount of time.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
• Supervise crew and communicate supervision to the crew.
• Follow the outlined weekly work plan for themselves and work crews.
• Create and verify accurate payroll records for the workers.
• Help to create and verify accurate Winter Operations Records.
• Maintain communications with patrollers and supervisors of job status and current assigned responsibilities.
• Maintain and supervise a clean jobsite free of hazards.
• Carry out duties in line with Company policies and procedures.
• Carry out visual inspections on culverts, fencing, bridges and other infrastructure as needed.
