Job summary

Webber seeks a Winter Operations Foreman to lead field crews, ensure safety, and coordinate winter work plans across Canadian projects. The role reports to the Operations Manager and requires supervising subcontractors and staff to meet project timelines and quality standards.

Responsibilities include payroll verification, maintaining records, and active participation in safety and performance reviews. A valid DZ license and readiness for OT during peak periods are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Foreman/Crew Supervisor experience in related industry.
• Basic supervision experience.
• Valid DZ driver's license and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
• Follow supervisor's instructions and provide supervision to the crew.
• Follow the weekly work plan for themselves and crews.
• Create and verify payroll records for workers.
• Help to create and verify Winter Operations Records.
• Maintain communications with patrollers and supervisors.
• Keep a clean, safe jobsite with minimal hazards.
• Participate in Performance and Development Review process.
• Align activities with company values and client targets.
• Be available for emergency response rotations and OT as needed.
