You will be mentored by experienced staff, work across departments, and gain exposure to innovative healthcare practices while developing core nursing competencies before entering professional practice.

Qualifications

• Nursing student currently enrolled in an accredited ADN, BSN or MSN program, or graduated with ADN or BSN within the previous 1 year.
• Successfully completed at least one medical-surgical clinical rotation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic nursing duties under supervision.
• Develop nursing and documentation skills in a patient-centered environment.
• Shadow experienced nurses and participate in clinical rounds and patient care activities.
