Job summary

SJS HSHS St. John's Hospital in Wisconsin offers a paid nursing internship for students from December 28, 2026 through January 9, 2027. The program places you in varied departments with experienced nurses to help you build nursing and documentation skills in a patient‑centered setting.

New graduates may be considered based on need and availability in specialty areas. BLS is required, and sponsorship is not needed.

Qualifications

• Must be a nursing student enrolled in an accredited ADN/BSN/MSN program or a recent graduate within 1 year.
• Must have successfully completed at least one clinical rotation.
• BLS certification is required.

Internship Dates: December 28, 2026 through January 9, 2027 Space is limited.

Position Specifics Department: Various departments available based on hospital and of interest.

This Paid internship opportunity offers:

New graduates will have the opportunity to be hired based on hospital and unit need as well as availability in specialty areas, areas of interest and areas of need.

Core Function: Nursing Students

Applicant must not require sponsorship for an employment visa, either now or in the future.

Education Qualifications

• Nursing student currently enrolled in an accredited ADN, BSN or MSN program, or graduated with ADN or BSN within the previous 1 year.
• Student must have successfully completed at least one clinical rotation.

Experience Qualifications

• Successfully completed at least one medical-surgical clinical rotation.

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations

Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
