Job summary

Backcountry Safaris is seeking a reliable Ski Shuttle Driver for the Big Sky area during the winter season. You will transport guests between Gravity Haus and Big Sky Mountain Resort, provide courteous service, and assist with ski equipment as needed.

Ideal candidates have a clean driving record and are comfortable navigating winter mountain conditions. The role emphasizes safety, punctuality, and professional guest interaction in a scenic resort environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive in snow, ice and winter mountain conditions.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual and responsible; able to assist guests with ski equipment.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport guests between Gravity Haus and Big Sky Mountain Resort.
• Provide timely shuttle service according to the daily schedule.
• Assist guests with ski and snowboard equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized shuttle vehicle and friendly atmosphere.
• Communicate professionally with guests and staff; monitor weather and adjust driving as needed.
