Job summary

Backcountry Safaris is seeking a reliable Ski Shuttle Driver for the Big Sky area during the winter season. You will transport guests between Gravity Haus and Big Sky Mountain Resort, provide courteous service, and assist with ski equipment as needed.

Ideal candidates have a clean driving record and are comfortable navigating winter mountain conditions. The role emphasizes safety, punctuality, and professional guest interaction in a scenic resort environment.

Qualifications

Position Overview

Backcountry Safaris looking for a reliable, friendly, and safety-conscious Ski Shuttle Driver to provide transportation for guests between Gravity Haus and Big Sky Mountain Resort. This position is an important part of the guest experience and requires excellent customer service, strong communication, and the ability to safely operate a vehicle in winter mountain conditions.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport guests between Gravity Haus and Big Sky Mountain Resort.

• Provide timely and dependable shuttle service according to the daily schedule.

• Assist guests with ski and snowboard equipment as needed.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming shuttle vehicle.

• Communicate professionally with guests and Gravity Haus staff.

• Monitor road and weather conditions and adjust driving appropriately.

• Follow all company safety procedures and traffic regulations.

• Conduct basic vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.

• Help create a positive and memorable experience for Gravity Haus guests.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Comfortable driving in snow, ice, and winter mountain conditions.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Reliable, punctual, and responsible.

• Comfortable assisting guests with ski/snowboard equipment.

• Previous experience in the ski, hospitality, or tourism industry is a plus.

Schedule

• Seasonal position during the winter ski season.

• Schedule may include early mornings, weekends, holidays, and peak ski days.

• Flexibility is important, as shuttle demand may vary based on guest needs and mountain conditions.
