Job summary

Moving Mountains in Steamboat Springs, CO is seeking a Winter Seasonal Shuttle Driver to transport guests safely to and from predetermined locations and assist with luggage and equipment.

You’ll provide friendly, professional service, answer questions, and operate shuttles in winter conditions. Daily safety checks, vehicle cleanliness, and reporting issues are also expected. A valid license and customer-first mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Previous driving, hospitality, transportation, or customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport guests to and from predetermined locations.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and maintain pleasant conversation with guests.
• Answer guest questions politely and assist with directions and local information.
• Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage, equipment, and other belongings.
• Safely operate shuttles and Suburbans in winter mountain conditions.
• Perform regular vehicle safety checks before and after each day's runs.
• Keep vehicles clean, organized, fueled, and guestready at the end of each shift.
• Identify and report vehicle damage or maintenance needs to management.
• Follow all traffic laws and company procedures.
• Work independently while coordinating with the team and may assist with other operational duties.
