Job summary

Solitude Mountain Resort is seeking friendly shuttle drivers to transport guests between the Village and Moonbeam base areas. You must hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and provide excellent customer service.

Flexibility is required for holidays and weekends. Successful candidates will assist guests, guide parking, and help with safety procedures while delivering a positive mountain experience. A season pass and employee discounts are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate resort vehicles safely in varying weather conditions.
• Willing to work holidays and weekends.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Snow removal with snow shovels and power-assisted snow removal equipment.
• Constant and continuous collection of trash and debris, sweeping, etc.
• Open to accepting other shuttle service duties within the department.
• Communicate in a pleasant and respectful manner with guests and coworkers.
• Assist guests with parking directions and demonstrate knowledge of the resort areas.
