Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; hospitality or transportation experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work weekends and varying hours is expected.
• Safety-minded with the ability to follow procedures and directions.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport guests to and from predetermined locations.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and maintain pleasant conversation.
• Answer guest questions politely and assist with directions and local information.
• Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage and equipment.
• Operate shuttles in winter mountain conditions and perform safety checks.
• Keep vehicles clean, fueled, and organized at shift end.
• Identify and report vehicle damage or maintenance needs to management.
• Perform minor vehicle repairs when appropriate and safe.
• Follow traffic laws and company procedures for daily routes.
• Work independently while coordinating with the team and dispatch.
• Assist with other duties, such as snow shoveling, as assigned.
