Job summary

Responsibilities

Provide mountain information and guidance to guests regarding mountain operations and services.
Use POS software (SnowCloud) to process sales and complete transactions.
Operate Windows and Google Suite for reporting and communication.
Assist guests with selecting ski school products based on needs and goals.
Process cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately.
Answer guest inquiries by phone or in person regarding ski school products and services.
Collaborate with Ski School leadership on special tasks as needed.
Sell lesson packages and related items to guests.
Maintain full knowledge of ski school offerings to guide guests to suitable lessons.
Prepare daily sales and revenue reports with accuracy.
