Job summary

The Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) is seeking a graduate internship in Washington, DC, to support the Global Partnerships Office’s content development, market intelligence, and CRM activities. The role offers hands-on experience with AI-enabled tools and data-driven knowledge management.

You will contribute to writing and editing materials, social media content, and partner research while learning about international development and collaborative project management in a headquarters

Qualifications

• Active graduate student in a relevant field with graduation after the internship period.
• Fluent in English; working knowledge of Spanish, French or Portuguese is a plus.
• Strong writing and editing skills; ability to draft communications and summaries.

Responsibilities

• Support content development for internal communications, presentations, webpages and publications.
• Assist with social media content and tracking engagement.
• Conduct desk research on partners and development trends; prepare partner profiles.
• Support CRM data updates and briefing materials for outreach and events.
• Help organize briefing content and identify opportunities to improve processes.
