Responsibilities

Validate data accuracy for AI initiatives and optimize knowledge bases.
Plan and host networking activities for new hires to foster peer connections.
Provide end-to-end logistical and onboarding support for virtual and HQ events.
Design and deliver Train the Trainer sessions for onboarding facilitators.
Develop orientation guides and onboarding reference materials for the New Hire Intranet.
