Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Guest Services Supervisor for Badger Pass in Yosemite. The role leads front desk and concierge teams to deliver outstanding service, coordinating guest check-in, transportation, and local information.

You will design staff training, manage daily operations, and ensure safety procedures are followed. The position requires strong communication, hospitality experience, and English fluency.

Qualifications

• Requires a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to world-class service.
• A strong knowledge of personal computers is essential.
• Experience in all facets of providing guest services.
• Must be able to lead, motivate, and communicate effectively with others.
• Strong organizational abilities.
• Preferably two years in hospitality services or similar environment performing duties as Guest Services or Concierge supervisor.
• Must be able to read, write, and clearly speak English.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Guest Services staff to provide 24/7 coverage.
• Coordinates registration and transportation for guests.
• Trains Front Desk/Concierge personnel per Aramark programs.
• Oversees front desk/concierge tasks for world-class service.
• Manages check-in/check-out, Lobby Ambassador Program, and guest orientation.
• Handles guest communications, mail, and special deliveries.
• Coordinates guest transportation reservations and PMS usage.
• Assists guests promptly with concerns and restocks supplies.
• Maintains security for safes and cash handling with staff.
• Designs training programs to ensure daily operations comply with policy.
