• Trains Front Desk/Concierge using Aramark programs.
• Ensures world-class service across lobby, check-in/out, and PBX.
• Manages guest communications, reservations, and night audit basics.
• Designs and implements staff training on daily tasks and safety.
• Oversees supplies, cash handling, and safe deposit boxes.
