Job summary

Powderbird is seeking seasonal Ground Crew members to support safe and efficient ground operations for helicopter skiing. You will assist guests, pilots, and team members, handle aircraft support, guest transportation, snow removal, equipment maintenance, and facility upkeep in a demanding winter environment.

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED equivalent.
• Valid state issued driver's license.
• Committed to safety in all aspects of work.
• Previous experience in the snow sport industry preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Support guest safety and positive guest experience from arrival to departure.
• Daily helicopter pad tasks such as refueling, aircraft support, guest/gear loading and unloading.
• Conduct radio dispatch, flight following, and operational communications.
• Complete routine building maintenance and cleaning as needed.
• Perform snow removal using hand tools and powdered equipment.
• Transport guests safely in company vehicles.
• Setup, maintain, and issue ski and snowboard rental equipment.
• Assist with inventory, storage, and care of Powderbird equipment and supplies.
