Job summary

Powderbird is seeking seasonal Ground Crew members to support safe and efficient ground operations for helicopter skiing at Snowbird, UT. You will assist pilots, guests, and team members with aircraft support, transportation, snow removal, and equipment handling in winter mountain conditions.

Candidates should be comfortable outdoors, have a High School diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license. Prior snow sport industry experience and strong communication skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support guest safety and positive guest experience from arrival to departure.
• Daily helicopter pad tasks such as refueling, aircraft support, guest/gear loading and unloading.
• Conduct radio dispatch, flight following, and operational communications.
• Complete routine building maintenance and cleaning as needed.
• Perform snow removal using hand tools and powdered equipment.
• Transport guests safely in company vehicles.
• Setup, maintain, and issue ski and snowboard rental equipment.
• Assist with inventory, storage, and care of Powderbird equipment and supplies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
