Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support guest safety and positive guest experience from arrival to departure.
• Daily helicopter pad tasks such as refueling, aircraft support, guest/gear loading and unloading.
• Conduct radio dispatch, flight following, and operational communications.
• Complete routine building maintenance and cleaning as needed.
• Perform snow removal using hand tools and powdered equipment.
• Transport guests safely in company vehicles.
• Setup, maintain, and issue ski and snowboard rental equipment.
• Assist with inventory, storage, and care of Powderbird equipment and supplies.

You must be comfortable working outdoors in winter mountain conditions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Support guest safety and positive guest experience from arrival to departure
• Daily helicopter pad tasks such as refueling, aircraft support, guest/gear loading and unloading

Required knowledge, skills, and experience

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

Ability to safely operate vehicles, snow removal equipment, and tools required for the position. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. Ability to safely perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to effectively communicate and receive operational information through verbal, written, and radio communications.

Schedule

Seasonal position operating during the winter heli-ski season. Must be available to work weekends, holidays, early mornings, and shifts based on operation needs and weather conditions.
