Rocking Horse Ranch Resort is seeking an energetic Operations Manager to lead the Winter Fun Park, including the Ski Hill, Ski Shop, Snow Tubing, and Ice Skating facilities. The role partners with Aquatics and Recreation leadership to ensure smooth operations year-round from December through March, with seasonal duties in the off-season.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of recent experience in Recreation/Ski Industry.
• Leadership and customer service skills needed.
• Ability to obtain certifications (Marker Ski Binding Technician, CPR and First Aid) within first season.
• Ability to obtain StarGuard Lifeguard and Instructor Certifications within first year.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily operations of Winter Fun Park and related facilities.
• Perform daily inspections on attractions and equipment.
• Coordinate with Grounds, Maintenance, Snow Making, Aquatics and Recreation teams.
• Manage rental equipment inventory and inspections.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
