Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must possess and maintain a valid CDL (Class A or B).
• Drug test is required as a condition of employment.
• Must be able to move 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Must operate and work with winter maintenance equipment.
• Must be able to work flexible and non-traditional hours.
• Able to comply with safety policies and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate highway maintenance and traffic equipment.
• Perform snow and ice removal during winter operations.
• Move and load supplies and materials.
• Document work in the Work Management System (WMS).
• Respond to emergencies and assist with traffic control.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and refueling.
• Work extended hours during winter events.
