Job summary

Smuggs is seeking a Winter Adventure Coordinator to help guests plan unforgettable winter memories. From selecting Ski & Ride School programs to choosing lift tickets or passes, you’ll guide families toward fun beyond the slopes.

Provide local insights and create personalized vacation plans for guests of all ages, coordinating with Guest Services for a seamless experience. This is a full-time, seasonal position with weekend and holiday availability; there may be year-round opportunities

Responsibilities

• Assist guests in planning their Smuggs vacation by booking ski and snowboard lessons, lift tickets, season passes, and off-mountain winter activities.
• Provide local insights and insider tips to enhance the guest experience.
• Offer a concierge-style experience by creating personalized vacation plans for guests of all ages.
• Support both on-site guests and those planning future trips, with seam­less communication with other departments.
