Job summary

ChristianaCare is offering a Registered Nurse II position through a Winter Temporary Program across Newark and Wilmington campuses. This role focuses on expanding acute care experience, with options for 12 or 24-week commitments and shifts of 12 hours (days or nights).

BSN preferred; ADN required, with BLS certification and Epic proficiency. Orientation participation and weekend/holiday availability are required as part of the program, designed to build clinical skills and future opportunities

Qualifications

• 2 years of recent RN experience in an acute care hospital setting required.
• BLS certification required.
• BSN preferred; ADN required.
• Epic-prepared and competent in assigned clinical area.
• Complete two days of orientation.
• Commit to either the 12-week or 24-week program.
• Meet weekend and holiday commitment.

Responsibilities

• Provide RN care in acute care units within Newark/Wilmington campuses.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Adhere to hospital policies and patient safety standards.
