Killington/Pico Ski Resort Partners LLC is seeking a Food & Beverage Team Lead to supervise and coordinate staff in the base lodge operations, ensuring efficient service and high standards throughout daily shifts.

You will train up to 25 team members, oversee food preparation and service duties, assist with menu development, and support special events, with a seasonal schedule and a season pass for employees and dependents.

Qualifikationen

• One year of experience in a high-end or high-volume restaurant, resort, or private club environment.
• Basic education (high school) completed.
• Driver’s license and ability to transport staff.

• Assist with menu development, inventory management.

Several discount programs (i.e. food & beverage, retail/rental, tickets, etc.) also available.Job Summary:The Food & Beverage Team Lead plays a critical role in ensuring efficient and exceptional service in the base lodge food and beverage operations at Killington/Pico Ski Resort. This position supports the department by supervising, training, and coordinating staff while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food preparation, and customer service.
