Killington/Pico Ski Resort Partners, LLC is seeking a Food & Beverage Team Lead for the base lodge operations. The role involves supervising staff, ensuring top-notch service, and maintaining cleanliness across service areas during the winter season.

You will train up to 25 team members and assist with menu development, inventory, and liquor procedures while supporting special events and daily operations. Seasonal hours and an employee season pass are included.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in a high-end or high-volume restaurant, resort, or private club environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist in setup, restocking, and daily operation of food service areas.
• Oversee and perform food preparation and service duties, including cooking, prepping, dishwashing, and hosting.
• Train and supervise up to 25 team members, including Servers, Bussers, Food Runners, Cashiers, Cooks, and Public Area Attendants.
• Coordinate daily activities, weekly meetings, and end-of-season performance reviews for the team.
• Maintain cleanliness of indoor and outdoor service areas, including snow removal and spreading sand/grit at entrances and docks.
• Assist with menu development, recipe building, prep sheets, ordering, and inventory management.
• Oversee liquor control procedures and compliance.
• Open and close the building, ensuring safety and security protocols are followed.
• Provide transportation for staff and supplies between resort locations as needed.
• Support special events, ensuring smooth coordination and execution.
