Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) is seeking a Winter 2027 Co-op in Procurement Operations in Burlington, MA. You will support day-to-day procurement execution for the Coffee BU, ensuring supply continuity, cost competitiveness and alignment with enterprise category strategies.

The program offers mentoring, cross‑functional exposure and a final project presentation. Schedule: Jan 4–May 21, 2027; 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday, 8:00–5:00; hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate enrolled in a full-time academic program, majoring in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Engineering.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills including written and verbal abilities.
• Ability to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and adapt to changes.

Responsibilities

• Support procurement execution for assigned BU categories, ensuring continuity of supply and alignment with sourcing strategies.
• Monitor supplier performance across service, quality, cost and responsiveness; drive corrective actions as needed.
• Support cost modeling, inflation mitigation and value improvement initiatives with Category Management.
• Partner with Materials Management, Supply Planning, Manufacturing, R&D, Engineering and Finance to align actions with needs.

Winter 2027 Co-op - Procurement Operations

As a Winter 2027 Co-op - Procurement Operations at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) in Burlington, MA, you would be responsible for supporting day-to-day procurement execution for the Coffee Business Unit, ensuring reliable supply, cost competitiveness, and alignment with enterprise category strategies. The role emphasizes supplier performance management, risk mitigation and continuous improvement, while supporting longer‑term category and business strategies established by Category Management and Procurement leadership.

This role is aligned to the Coffee Operating Unit.

Schedule:

• The KDP Winter 2027 Co-op Program runs from January 4th - May 21st, 2027
• Location: Burlington, MA
• Full-time; 40 hours per week
• Monday-Friday
• 8:00am until 5:00pm
• Hybrid

As a Procurement Operations Co-op, you will:

• Support procurement execution for assigned BU categories, ensuring continuity of supply, service performance, and compliance with enterprise sourcing strategies.
• Monitor & prioritize supplier performance across service, quality, cost, and responsiveness metrics; drive corrective actions where required.
• Support cost modeling, inflation mitigation, and value improvement initiatives in collaboration with Category Management.
• Partner closely with Materials Management, Supply Planning, Manufacturing, R&D, Engineering, and Finance to align procurement actions with operational needs.
• Support deployment of procurement processes, systems, and operating model enhancements within the BU.

Total Rewards:

• $31/hr
• Paid bi-weekly
• $5,000 sign-on bonus pay, paid within first 30 days of employment

Requirements:

• Undergraduate currently enrolled in a full time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Engineering.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills including excellent listening, written, and verbal abilities.
• Ability to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and adapt to changes.
