Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is offering a Winter 2027 Co-op in Platform Integrations/eCommerce in Burlington, MA.

You will work with senior engineers to design and develop features for web-based e-commerce apps, using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript practices, including code reviews and Git workflows. The role includes building backend services with Node.js/Express, connecting to SQL/NoSQL databases, and integrating with GraphQL/REST APIs.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate enrolled in an accredited college or university, majoring in Computer Science or a software-related field.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced team.
• Experience with modern web development workflows and version control.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior engineers to design, develop, and maintain features for web-based e-commerce applications.
• Work with front-end frameworks such as React to implement customer-facing user interfaces.
• Gain experience using JavaScript/TypeScript and modern development practices, including code reviews, version control (Git), and agile workflows.
• Assist in building and testing back-end services (Node.js, Express, or similar) and connecting them to databases (SQL/NoSQL).
• Learn to integrate with third‑party e‑commerce APIs and services using GraphQL and REST
• Participate in troubleshooting, debugging, and improving application performance and reliability.
• Follow established software development standards and contribute to documentation to ensure consistency across the team.
• Engage in team standups, sprint planning, and knowledge‑sharing sessions to understand how large‑scale e‑commerce systems are built and operated.

Job Overview:

Winter 2027 Co-op – Platform Integrations/eCommerce in Burlington, MA at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP), you will be a part of the beverage revolution. You will be working in a supportive, highly technical manufacturing environment that produces some of KDP’s most recognized beverages in the industry. Shift/Schedule:

• The KDP 2027 Winter Co-op Program will run from January 4th – May 21st, 2027
• Location: Burlington, MA
• Full-time; 40 hours per week
• Monday-Friday
• 8:00am until 5:00pm
• Hybrid; In office Tues- Thurs

As a Platform Integrations/eCommerce Co-op you will:

• Engaging and partnering on innovative projects to gain experience in a fast paced, cross functional team environment
• Receive mentor support for your professional development
• Participate in meet & greets and lunch & learns with KDP executives and other organization leaders
• Receive professional development training such as networking, professional skills development and presenting
• Complete a project from start to finish and present it and your takeaways to your team, department, and senior leaders to highlight your project work and impact on the business

Total Rewards:

• $31/hr
• Paid bi-weekly
• $5,000 sign‑on bonus, paid within first 30 days of employment

Requirements:

• Undergraduate currently enrolled in a full‑time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Computer Science or another Software Engineering related field
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills including excellent listening, written, and verbal abilities
• Ability to work cross‑functionally, be independently driven, and adapt to changes
