Responsibilities

• Develop accurate, competitive, and timely proposals by managing RFQs from review through submission.
• Analyze technical requirements for bids and prepare Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Estimate labor and material costs and identify sourcing solutions for bids.
• Collaborate with Proposal Coordinators, Program Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional teams to ensure quote accuracy and completeness.
